Is there a free trial?
Yes. Solo (Starter), Pro, and Agency include a 14-day trial. Add a payment method at checkout; you are not charged until the trial ends. We email you a few days before billing starts. Cancel anytime during the trial in billing settings.
What counts as a connected social account?
Each individual platform account counts as one connection. For example, one Instagram profile plus one X account equals two connected social accounts.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
I joined a company, what happens to my personal workspace?
Your personal billing can stay on the Free plan. While you remain a member of any company workspace, Styrar applies Solo plan limits to your personal workspace at no extra charge. If you upgrade personal billing or leave all teams, limits follow your subscription or return to Free.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Use the Yearly billing toggle on this page or under Settings → Billing to see annual totals, effective monthly rates, and savings versus paying month to month for a full year. Checkout uses the same Stripe yearly prices.
How many brands are included in the Agency base price?
Five active brands are included in the Agency base price. Only non-archived brands count toward your workspace limit.
What is the price per additional brand per month on Agency?
Each additional active brand beyond the five included in Agency is billed as its own subscription add-on: $15 per brand per month in USD, or €14 per brand per month in EUR, on monthly Agency subscriptions (same invoice as your base plan).
Does Team offer brand add-ons?
No. Team has a fixed brand cap with no add-ons. When you reach the limit, upgrade to Agency for a higher brand allowance plus optional paid extra brands beyond the five included in Agency.
How does the Shopify integration work?
Install the Styrar app from the Shopify App Store, then link your store using an API key from your Styrar settings. Once connected, you can manage social content from your Shopify admin and set posts to auto-publish when products go live.
Does Styrar work with AI assistants?
Yes. Styrar has a built-in AI integration (MCP) that lets Claude, Cursor, and other AI assistants work directly with your workspace. Create an API key under Settings → API Keys to connect. The AI integration page shows everything that's available.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export anything you need. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
