Customizing your dashboard
Your dashboard home screen is a grid of cards you choose and arrange yourself, so the first thing you see is whatever matters most to your workflow — upcoming posts, link clicks, follower growth, or a side-by-side comparison of two metrics.
Adding and arranging cards
Use Add card to pick from the available card types and drop it onto the grid. Drag any card to reposition it, and resize where supported. There's a limit on how many cards you can keep on one dashboard at a time, mainly to keep the page fast and easy to scan.
A comparison card is worth knowing about: it lets you put two metrics side by side (for example, this week's clicks versus last week's) instead of checking two separate cards.
Saving your layout
Changes save automatically as you arrange cards. If you'd rather start over, use Reset to recommended defaults to return to a sensible starting layout, then customize from there.
On mobile
The mobile app has its own customizable home screen grid, set up the same way: add, remove, and rearrange cards to match how you check things on the go. Your web and mobile layouts are independent, so you can keep a denser layout on a larger screen and a simpler one on your phone.
Android home screen widgets
Beyond the in-app dashboard, Android also supports home screen widgets you add like any other widget:
- New post — jump straight into composing.
- New short link — create a tracked link without opening the app first.
- Analytics — see a key metric at a glance, with a picker to choose which one.
Long-press your Android home screen, choose Widgets, and look for Styrar to add one.
