Bio appointment booking

Appointment booking turns a Site into a bookable service page. Visitors pick a service, choose an available slot, and confirm. You manage services, availability, and appointments from the Sites editor.

Classic bio pages stay link-in-bio only. Booking (and multipage layouts) belong on Sites (*.styrar.site). Upgrade a bio when the editor prompts you, or create a Site from the sidenav.

Setting up booking

  1. Open the Site you want to use (or upgrade from Bio).
  2. Add booking to the page structure (booking block or booking page, depending on your layout).
  3. Create at least one service with a name, duration, and optional deposit.
  4. Set availability rules for days, hours, and exceptions (including unavailable weeks).
  5. Publish the Site so the public booking flow goes live.

Availability can apply to all services or to specific services. Use calendar-style rules when you need blackout weeks or seasonal hours. Remaining-slot cues help visitors see what is still open.

Deposits and payments (early access)

Eligible workspaces can collect a deposit through:

  • Your own Stripe account, or
  • Shopify checkout when a store is linked

Deposit collection is early access. Connect and verify payment settings before promoting paid bookings publicly. Until payments are enabled for your workspace, you can still run free bookings.

Visitor experience

Visitors open your booking URL, choose a service, pick a time, and submit details. You can add custom fields (text, email, phone, selects, and more) so you collect what you need for the appointment.

After booking:

  • Confirmation and reminder emails can go out automatically
  • Visitors can get reschedule links and calendar file attachments
  • You can mark no-shows and manage appointments from the Sites booking tools

Booking pages include search-friendly titles and descriptions so search engines can understand the service offering.

Calendar sync

Calendar sync for booked slots is available in early access for eligible workspaces. When enabled, confirmed appointments can sync to the calendars you connect under integrations. Treat this as early access until it is marked generally available in Settings → Integrations.
