Exporting reports and tracking conversions

Beyond the charts inside Styrar, you can export analytics for sharing or record-keeping, and connect your own tracking tools to measure what happens after someone clicks one of your links.

Exporting analytics

From an analytics page (social, link, or bio), open the export option to download a report as CSV, PDF, or PPTX.

  • CSV is best when you want to do your own analysis in a spreadsheet.
  • PDF is best for a clean, shareable summary, for example in a client report.
  • PPTX drops straight into a slide deck for a review meeting.

Exports reflect whatever date range and filters you currently have applied on the page, so set those up first.

Bot-filtered click data

Link and bio click analytics automatically detect and separate automated traffic, such as link-preview crawlers used by chat apps and social platforms, from real human clicks. This keeps your click counts honest, especially right after sharing a link somewhere that generates a lot of automatic preview requests.

Conversion tracking pixel

If you run A/B tests on your links or want to know what happens after the click (a purchase, a signup, a booking), add the Styrar conversion pixel to your destination page. It reports back which link and variant a visitor came from, along with any custom event value you send, so you can see which version actually drove results, not just clicks.

See Tracking conversions with the pixel for setup steps, platform guides, and links to the developer documentation.

Sending events to your own tools

Two ways to connect Styrar's data to tools you already use:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) — add the Styrar GTM tracker to forward link and page events into your existing tag setup, so they sit alongside the other tracking you already run.
  • Webhooks — under Settings → Webhooks, send link events (clicks, updates, and A/B experiment completions) to your own systems, such as a CRM or automation tool.

Putting it together

A practical setup for a campaign:

  1. Create a short link or bio page block and set up an A/B test on the destination.
  2. Add the conversion pixel to your landing page so you can see conversions, not just clicks.
  3. Let the test run, then check analytics with bot traffic already filtered out.
  4. Export a PDF or PPTX summary once you've picked a winner, or send the raw data to your CRM with a webhook.
