What is People in Styrar?
People is a lightweight CRM for contacts who interact with your brand through forms, bookings, social comments and DMs, Shopify, or manual entry. It lives in the same workspace as scheduling, Community, bio, and sites.
People
People is a lightweight CRM inside your social workspace. Form leads, booking guests, and social commenters become durable contacts you can note, tag, and open from Community, without a separate CRM subscription.
Forms and bookings auto-create or match people by email. Social handles stay suggested until you link them on purpose.
See forms, bookings, comments, and DMs in one chronological feed so context is never scattered across tabs.
Attach a comment or DM thread to a person without leaving the inbox, then open their profile in one click.
Keep a multi-author notes feed, workspace tags, and lead/subscriber/customer/member status on every contact.
Most CRMs start with a spreadsheet. Styrar People starts with the interactions you already have: bio and site forms, appointment bookings, Community comments and DMs, plus anyone you add by hand.
Open a person to see their full story: contact fields with autosave, linked identities, timeline, site and bio visit activity, and optional Shopify orders.
Teams that already talk to customers in Community, bio forms, and bookings want a contact record without bolting on a full CRM.
Link Instagram DMs and Facebook commenters to the same person so the next reply starts with context, not a blank slate.
Capture form leads and booking guests as people, add notes after a call, and keep tags for segments you care about.
Look up the matching Shopify customer and recent orders from a person profile when a store is connected.
Keep per-workspace contacts with brand scope, shared notes, and clear roles so client teams do not share a personal inbox spreadsheet.
Forms and bookings create or match people by email. Add contacts manually when you meet someone offline.
From Community, attach a comment or DM to a person, or create one from the suggested social handle.
Set status, add tags and notes, and merge duplicates when two records are the same person.
Open the timeline, visit activity, and Shopify tab before you reply, book a follow-up, or hand off to a teammate.

No. Forms and bookings link by exact email match because the visitor shared that address. Social handles are only suggested; linking them to a person is always an explicit action.
Yes. Use Link to person on a comment or DM thread. Styrar can suggest a match by social handle, let you search existing people, or create a new person and attach the handle.
Linked bio and site form submissions, booking appointments, social comments, and DM threads, sorted by date in one feed.
When someone submits a form or books with an email, that session is already tied to them. People uses those sessions (and the same visitor key already used for anonymous analytics) to show visit history. No extra tracking cookie is required for CRM identity.
Yes. Merge one person into another to combine identities, notes, tags, and interactions. Every merge is logged so you can undo from the success toast or the person's merge history.
No. The Shopify tab looks up a matching customer and recent orders by email on demand when a store is connected and the right scopes are authorized. It does not run a standing customer sync.
Yes. The Flutter app includes the People list, person detail (notes, timeline, activity), merge, and Link to person from Community, matching the dashboard flows.
Access uses people:read, people:write, and people:delete capabilities. Owners, admins, and members get write access by default; viewers are read-only.
No. It is intentionally small: contacts, identities, notes, tags, timeline, visit activity, and Shopify lookup next to social work. Pipelines, CSV export, and auto merge suggestions are not part of this release.
Create your workspace, capture your first contact, and link a Community conversation in minutes.
